A new icon West of Jakarta, The Lana offers a distinct architectural gem and presenting Jakarta's a new typology in high rise urban living. It was envisioned as a living and breathing building, adapted to complement the modern lifestyle. The building offers tranquility and peace, conceived with the well-being of its inhabitants in mind. Set in the lush and green township of Alam Sutera, The Lana offers a living environment that is a respite from the hustle and bustle of Jakarta.
To complement the modern lifestyle, The Lana's architecture is spectacular and comprises two gleaming contemporary towers rising from multiple planes of lush gardens, pools and ponds. Within each residence, no expense is spared to offer best-in-class luxury to residents, with hand-selected luxurious Italian marble to branded sanitary-ware, appliances and cabinetry.
The word Lana means calm as still water. The stillness of water represents equilibrium, tranquility, and harmony.
Balance is a condition in which different elements are in the correct proportions. In life, when balance is achieved, there will be a state of equilibrium, peace of mind, and tranquility.
The Lana is meticulously designed to the smallest details in order to achieve an ideal proportion of its elements that creates a tranquil and well-balanced environment for its inhabitants.
The brief called for the architect to deliver a project that offer residents a livable, open and green environment, with abundant facilities and public spaces that encourage social interaction in order to give young urban residents additional break from the confines of their apartments, resulting in a better quality of life. The Project should relate to the context of Alam Sutera’s environment, which is open, green and integrated with nature, thus the project should be lush and incorporate green elements rather than present a hard and cold facade
Given that the Site occupies a prominent location within Alam Sutera next to the township’s main shopping mall with good visibility from the toll road, the design of the project should be iconic and aspirational. The project’s facilities, amenities, interior design, specifications, materials, landscape design coupled with services and efficient property management should cement the desirability of the Project.
The Lana Residences is simply the best in its class; proven by the use of luxurious materials, specifications. From the open living room to the spacious dining area, along with the bathrooms equipped with hand-selected Italian Carrera marbles, also a master bedroom covered in parquet woods.
Recognizing the quality of Japanese engineering, design, and build quality, all millwork and cabinetry are from TOTO. For sanitary ware, we use the higher end Le Muse and Toja ranges from the Toto line of bathroom sanitary ware. Finally, German quality and design is evident in our kitchens where we use Webber kitchen appliances.
